My son came up from Mpls to select an engagement ring only to find RW closed for the week!  On a whim I gave Stacey a call but no answer as I expected.  She called me back within 10 minutes!  They were in the Tampa airport on their way home on a late night flight and would gladly come in the next day (on Sunday) to help my son. When we arrived Stacy had several rings in the style he described, offered many options and helped him find just what he wanted, within his budget.  I love this small town friendly customer service! We have purchased many items from RW Jewelers and everyone there has always been friendly and so helpful... but this act exceeds expectations and made our day! Thank you Stacey and Randy!

My experience with R.W. Jewelers has been one of the best buying experiences yet!  My husband wanted to get me a new band for my wedding ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary.  I went back to the place we originally bought our sets from and it was more than I wanted to spend for just a band...  In my research online, it had said that smaller jewelers typically have better quality and pricing than the bigger box stores, so that led me to R.W. Jewelers in Nisswa.  My first visit was with Jane and Randy.  I told them what I was looking for and after about an hour of speaking with them, I found out all kinds of great information about diamonds and bands and what I should be looking for quality-wise.  Randy was very honest and upfront about everything he had to offer, and stated that he wanted to ensure anyone [R.W. Jewelers] crossed paths with knew what they were getting.  
My husband and I decided to go into another local small jeweler, and the experience was just the opposite!  They had the "I can't" mentality; they complained about what most people always came in looking for and how dumb it was.  I was never once asked what I wanted!  The whole experience was just negative and made me feel disgusted that I even went into that store, so glad that store was not my first stop!  
Needless to say we went straight back to R.W. Jewelers and once again, another hour was spent with us on building what we wanted.  I ended up with a whole new wedding set and they built the set of my dreams, at a quality and affordable price that exceeded my expectations!
