Of course! Custom design is our specialty, and our passion. Maybe you have something special, or passed down to you - or a random selection of single earrings..., broken chains..., something "ugly" that you just won't wear again (we understand!) - and you'd like to put them all together into one piece, bring it all in! Gather your jewelry, your ideas and your open mind - let's "play!"

Do you buy gold/diamonds/coins/estate jewelry?
YES, we are always buying!
Know that we must see and inspect each item(s), in the store, during business hours. It is not necessary to make an appointment. However, it may be helpful to call ahead if you have many pieces. If there is not a buyer available to speak with, and you are not willing to leave your item(s), it's ok - we understand. Call us and we will gladly set up an appointment with you.
Yes, we will make the final decision (just because you want to sell it doesn't mean we want to buy it...), and we offer what we are willing to pay (check issued, current photo ID required - no exceptions), at that time, considering the current market. Offers expire when you leave the store and we reserve the right to refuse any "offer to buy."
Will you ship my item(s) to me?
Yes! We’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Know that someone needs to be available to SIGN for the delivery (USPS Registered or Priority Express. UPS and FedEx can be used, if preferred). All packages are sent insured and can be tracked. Customers are responsible for all Shipping & Handling charges.
What is your return policy?
Know that you are never "stuck" with any retail purchase from RW Jewelers! You are welcome to exchange any purchase within 10 days of the original purchase date on your accompanying receipt (pending jewelers inspection for wear or damage), or keep the full purchase amount on "In Store Credit" to use on other merchandise, with no expiration! Special Orders or Custom Designs are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Money will not be returned or credited to any card. No exceptions.
